The way she spread herself open for me, the way her hands moved without reservation over my back and chest, even down to my ass where she pulled me into her harder, faster.

I ground my cock into her until there was no space left between her hips and mine. I felt wetness against my cheek and pulled back to see tears running down her face.

“Why are you crying?” I stopped moving and wiped her face with my fingers. “Am I hurting you?” She shook her head no but the tears still fell. “No, I’m just so happy.” Oh, she was one of those.

I got back to loving her the way we both needed, whispering softly to her. I knew from now on, that whenever I wanted to uncover her secrets, all I have to do is get inside her.

Her body, now that I was listening attentively, was telling me all I needed to know. “Why didn’t you call me sweetheart?” I gave her an extra hard fuck to let her know I wasn’t happy about that little slip.

Her face reddened and I knew she was about to say some female shit that makes no damn sense. “I wanted to, but I felt silly. I thought you’d think me a nuisance if I called so soon after you left. I knew it. “Don’t do that shit again. If you want me, call me.” Then again we won’t be having that problem again since she was going to be moving in with me. Tomorrow would be soon enough to tell her that though.

I can’t believe he’s back. After that unexpected visit from Dale the night before I’d been feeling a bit raw. After I invited him back to my office and closed the door, he’d got right down to his reasons for being there.

Too bad while he was talking so seriously I was busy comparing him to Travis and he was losing by a mile. I didn’t even make it halfway through the assessment before he’d started coming up way short.

“Are you listening to me Em?”

“Huh, what? I’m sorry.” Oh dear, I felt like ten kinds of a fool as I stood there. The only question on my mind was how in the world I’d ever convinced myself that I was in love with this childish boor.

“I said I was willing to take you back. I thought about it and maybe you living here while I’m on the road with the team is a good thing.” I bet it is you lowlife pig.

“What happened to your fiancée?”

“Oh that, that was just… it didn’t work out okay. I realized that she wasn’t the girl for me. She’s nothing like you.” His smile made the early dinner I’d eaten hours ago turn in my stomach.

“So, like I was saying. I’ve worked it out and it will be the same as it is now. Just like when I was away at college. I’ll come home when time permits…”

“No!”

“Excuse me?”

“I said no, I don’t want that, I don’t want any of that.”

“Listen Em, I know you’re a little hurt by what happened, but don’t make things difficult for yourself.”

“Who else are you going to marry if not me? I’m the only one who knows how to melt that ice in your veins.” He ran his finger suggestively down my arm and I gave serious thought to breaking it off.

Instead, I shrugged it away out of his reach. I wanted badly then to tell him about Travis but realized I didn’t have the right. I didn’t know exactly where our relationship was or where it was going if anywhere, and it didn’t seem fair to drag him into this.

What I did know was that I didn’t want this big jerk and I was eternally grateful that he’d saved me the disservice of marrying him.

“I’m not trying to be difficult, I just don’t wish to marry you. Now if you’ll excuse me I have customers waiting.” I moved to the door and held it open for him to leave.

I knew he wouldn’t make a scene since the door could be seen by the patrons at the bar. But his whispered, “We’re not done with this’, made me want to scream. Now Travis is back and I’m hoping Dale doesn’t show up again.

I rolled over in the morning and he was still there. It was the first time that had happened and I felt as giddy as a kid at Disney for the first time. I opened my eyes slowly, peeping through my lashes at him.

He was wide awake, staring down at me. My cheeks turned pink when I realized he’d been watching me sleep. “Good morning.” I couldn’t hold back the smile that came from my heart.

“Morning sweetheart.” He pulled me up with his strong arms around me and before I could speak he had me straddling his lap with his morning hard, pressing at my entrance.
