“Oh, don’t call it a deformity,” I say quickly. “I love it, and your dual shafts make me feel so good. But that’s all the doctors said? That there’s some kind of genetic mutation that expresses itself randomly in this part of the world?”

Lionel nods.

“Yes, there was never really much discussion. But I’ve done some digging around, and rumor is that the mutation originated somewhere in northern Europe. In fact, allegedly there’s a royal family in Scandinavia with men who also share this mutation, although they’ve kept mum about it. But people from that country immigrated to the United States a couple hundred years ago, specifically to our area in the Upper Midwest. As a result, Minnesota seems to have more than its fair share of men with this mutation.”

I’m flabbergasted and stare at my handsome stepfather.

“Have you made contact these guys?” I ask slowly. “Do you talk online? Do you have a club or a chapter and hold ... I don’t know, meetings or something?”

Lionel shoots me a sideways smile while biting into his eggs.

“You’re a smart cookie, sweetheart, because in fact, we do have a club of sorts. We have our own secret island too.”

I stop eating altogether and put down my fork.

“You can’t be serious.”

Lionel isn’t fazed at all, his handsome features calm as he continues to eat.

“No, I am. The club’s well-hidden and we don’t publicize it for obvious reasons. But yes, we have a secret society of double-dicked men, and we hold retreats on occasion.”

I blink, stunned.

“Really? What do you do at the retreats?”

Lionel shrugs.

“The usual. Guy stuff. Beat on drums while chanting in the forest. The occasional pissing contest. That kind of thing.”

I shake my head.

“No, I don’t believe it. That sounds like what would happen at the Bohemian Grove back in the day when Richard Nixon was in power. You know, they’d play cello and put on Shakespeare plays for one another, with men acting roles of both genders. But you’re a group of double-dicked guys, and I have a hard time believing you’re enjoying opera while practicing your next TED talk.”

Lionel shoots me another sideways grin. He’s so handsome that my pulse races as my insides go hot. This man could get any woman he wants, but for some reason, he picked me and I feel incredibly lucky. I smile back, already going mushy inside. But then I force myself to focus on the conversation because Lionel is unique, and I want to know how he got this way.

“So?” I ask gently. “Tell me more about the island.”

My gorgeous stepfather grins.

“You’re right,” he acknowledges with a nod of that dark head. “We do more than light candles, commune with the stars, and study our horoscopes. We bring in girls to fuck. It’s a necessity,” he says, suddenly serious. “When you have double dicks, you can’t go around dating like a normal guy. Secrecy is paramount, and so we formed our own little club where we put on fuckfests for our members.”

I stare, my heart racing at a hundred miles an hour.

“Fuckfests?” I ask in a faint voice. “Is that a technical term? And pray tell, what happens during these gatherings?”

Lionel shrugs, suddenly looking tired.

“It’s exactly what it sounds like, Lily. You’re a smart girl, and I shouldn’t have to spell it out for you. We bring in a boatload of girls, and then we fuck said girls silly. Then, they get shipped out.”

Immediately, I impute what’s missing.

“Yes, but they’d know about your double anatomy then.”

This is where Lionel goes quiet for a moment. Then, he sighs and his shoulders slump.

“No, they don’t,” he says in a low voice. “We feed them spice afterwards, so they have selective amnesia. They forget all about us, and go back to their lives like good little girls.”

I squint, confused.

“But what’s spice? Where did it come from? It doesn’t sound possible, much less legal.”

Lionel shrugs again, weariness etching his features, and I know keeping such enormous secrets has been weighing on him.

“No, it’s possible,” he says in a deep tone. “There’s a plant exclusive to our island. When distilled a certain way, it forms spice. The formula isn’t addictive, nor does it have any side effects. But it causes selective amnesia, and the discovery of spice changed our lives dramatically.”

I stare at him.

“Because now you and your friends can host private sex parties.”

Lionel nods, his expression resigned.

“Yes. Trust me, I know what this sounds like, but we don’t have much choice. Before the discovery of spice, we practically lived like monks. Our particular anatomy was a real cockblocker,” he snorts. “So it was either the celibate lifestyle, or occasionally, we’d meet a woman and get married. Only then, was she let in on the secret: that we’re able to take a woman front and back, simultaneously.”

A realization suddenly makes me pause.
