But I love it when she struggles to stay quiet.
Her hands tugging my hair, her thighs around my ears, she tastes like fucking heaven.
She tastes like mine.
Pressing two fingers inside her, I feel her walls already quaking, on the precipice of her climax.
“Ry,” she whispers again.
“Do you need me to stop?” I ask her.
“Fuck, no.”
I grin against her clit and then flick it with the end of my tongue. “Good, because I’m going to keep you busy for a while.”
She squirms, clenches her fingers tighter in the strands of my hair, and starts to ride my face.
“There you go. Take what you want, baby.”
Fuck me, she’s perfect. She’s not shy about wanting me, about taking what she needs. She’s my sexual match in every way.
“Right there,” she says, and I hold steady, sure not to change a goddamn thing. I keep the tempo of my fingers exactly the same, and the next time I brush that tight bundle of nerves with my tongue, her hips buck, and she comes so hard, and so long, it’s the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen.
When her hips have stopped circling, I stand once more. My cock is already hard for her again, and I know she’s more than ready for me.
“Look at me.”
She doesn’t open her eyes, so I reach out and cup her face.
“I said look at me, Willow.”
Her eyes meet mine, and I push inside her, not stopping until I’m balls deep. Her mouth is open in a silent O, and with my hand on the back of her neck now, I pull her up to sitting and kiss the fuck out of her as I start to move in long, smooth strokes, in and out.
Her arms wrap around my shoulders, and we cling to each other as I fuck her. Our ragged breaths are the only sound in the room, and when I feel like I can’t hold on anymore, when I’m about to explode, she hits me with “You’re so fucking mine.”
There is no holding on after that.
No chance in hell.
I jerk inside her and grind against her, coming harder than ever, and with my chest heaving, I fall forward, holding her firmly in one arm and catching us with my other so I don’t crush her.
“Jesus, Wills, you’re going to be the death of me.”
She huffs out a chuckle and kisses my shoulder. “I’m pretty sure I’m the one who’s already sore, Captain.”
I grind against her once more, then lift her with me and sit back in the chair, Willow in my lap, and cradle her to me.
“Was I too much?” I ask her.
“Never. I told you, I trust you.” She brushes a piece of my hair off my forehead, and then her fingers drift down my face. “You would never hurt me.”
“No.” I kiss her forehead and then her nose. “I wouldn’t, baby.”
“Do you feel better?”
I frown down at her. “I didn’t feel bad before.”
“You looked so . . . pensive when I found you. Like you have the weight of the world on your shoulders. But you don’t have to carry it by yourself, you know.”
Is it any wonder that I’m crazy about her?
“I’m sorry, Wills.”
She lifts her head. “For what?”
“That it took me so long to see you like this. To really see you, and how good we’d be together. To fight for this.”
“Hey, our lives were very different for a long time, Ry.”
“I could have brought you and Aiden here, with me. We’ve lost a lot of time.”
She shakes her head and kisses me so softly, so tenderly, it’s as if she’s kissing my heart itself. “This is how it was supposed to be. We can’t change it now, so I don’t want you to beat yourself up anymore. Not for one more minute. I haven’t been unhappy, you know. We weren’t struggling. I’ve done okay for Aiden and me.”
“You’ve been amazing. I’m so proud of you.”
Her whole face lights up at that. “You are?”
“Hell yes. For how well you raised that kid, for your amazing career. I listen to all your audiobooks, you know.”
She narrows her eyes. “You do not.”
“Every single one. You’re so talented, and you have such a sexy voice. It always made me feel close to you to listen to your work.” I push her hair over her shoulder. “I love being close to you.”
“Same goes.” She nestles in against me. “We should go snuggle in the bed before we both fall asleep and Aiden finds us in here in the morning.”
Grinning, I kiss her on the head. “Are you ready to go home today?”
“Yeah. I am. I need to get back in the booth, and I want to go back to a routine. But I’ve loved every minute of this trip, and I know I said it before, but I’m proud of you, Ry. For a million reasons.”
