“Then I’ll punish you by eating slowly. So slowly you’ll go mad.”

Now it’s my turn to overheat from his words.

“You’re evil.”

“You’re evil for liking it.”

Touché.

Since we’re being evil and all, I take great delight in his guttural gasp when I palm his cock over his jeans. At this rate, we’ll never make it through dinner.

That’s okay, I’d rather have dessert first.

“I’m going to have to teach you a lesson on proper dinner table behavior,” Callum rasps out.

I squeeze his cock. “I’ll probably fail.”

He grips my wrist and tightens his hold. “If you fail, I’ll have to punish you.”

Getting punished by my sexy, rule breaking teacher doesn’t seem to be a punishment at all. I rub at his dick and flash him my most innocent, doe-eyed expression.

“Oh, it’s on now, sweetheart.” His jaw clenches as he eye-fucks me. “It’s so fucking on.”

And I cannot wait.

Callum

Two Months Later…

My life is in limbo and I hate it.

But I deal with it for her.

The quiet, sexy-as-fuck girl who’s dutifully taking notes in my class. I put up with her shit-face stepbrother because it keeps her life from imploding.

Jude uncovered emails, receipts, and other proof that shows Darren Paulson is into some shady shit. Unfortunately, I can’t use any of it against him. Because, if I do, he’s made it known to Willa that he’ll throw her mother in front of the proverbial bus. Her mom embezzled a fuck ton of money that’ll land her in prison for a long-ass time.

She loves her mom and though she’s been neglected by her for years, she refuses to do anything to send her mom away. It’s annoying, but I get it. If it were my mother, I’d do the same.

It’s not just the drama with Darren and her mom that feels as if it’s in limbo either.

It’s Levi. He fucking assaulted her, spent one night in jail, and then was out on bail with no punishment whatsoever. Willa didn’t press charges because she didn’t want it to blow back on her mother.

Talk about frustrating as fuck.

Seeing him walk into my classroom every single day, a smug look on his stupid face, is infuriating. Sometimes, I send his ass to the principal’s office for the hell of it.

I’m playing with fire every time I do it because he still has that recording of me and Willa. My employment status sits in the hands of a wannabe rapist twat. He could post it on social media and then I’d be fired.

He knows it too.

Holds it over me like he’s some powerful god.

Sometimes I wish he’d just share that shit and get it over with. But while I can handle the bad press, Willa doesn’t deserve that. Thankfully, because of Hugo’s interference a couple of months ago, at least the police haven’t done anything.

My inner musings are swiped away as a crumpled paper ball sails across the room. Levi’s grin is evil and he cackles when it makes impact with the side of Willa’s head.

And. I. Lose. My. Shit.

I storm over to him, abandoning my lecture notes, and grab hold of his T-shirt. Several stunned students gasp in shock. His eyes gleam with triumph, clearly pleased at having gotten such a response from me. I’m done playing games with this fucker.

“Apologize,” I growl, spittle spraying his face.

“Fuck. You.”

I twist my fingers in the fabric of his shirt and yank him closer to me. Our noses are nearly touching.

“Apologize and then get the hell out of my classroom.”

“Or what?” Levi taunts. “You going to beat my ass?”

He leaves off the again part.

“I’ll be forced to involve your father,” I snarl. “I know you don’t want that.”

My threat hangs heavy in the air. I can feel Willa’s stare on me, silently pleading for me not to provoke Levi. We’re beyond that, though. He’s pushed me far enough.

“Dad can handle himself,” he mutters. “We both know who will really be hurting.”

Willa.

“You’re eighteen now, kid. I think we both do know.” Not my Willa, fuckface. You. I’m seconds from bashing your face against the desk. “Get out.”

I release him and take a step back. A few kids have their phones out, recording the outburst. It’s not the worst thing I’ve done, but certainly not something that will look good plastered all over social media.

Ignoring everyone, I stalk back to the front of the room to continue my lecture. Levi takes his sweet-ass time gathering his stuff. He stops in front of me with his phone in hand.

“Oops.” He makes an exaggerated show of pressing something on his phone.

My blood runs cold. “Out.”

“Testy.” He snorts. “See you soon, Mr. Park.”

I glower after him until the door closes. Then, I drag my stare back to the girl who calms me and makes every bad thing in life manageable because she’s so fucking perfect.

Her brows are pinched, eyes darting all over me in that concerned, assessing way she has down to an art. “Are you okay?” she mouths.
