So, I brush off his ignoring me, and instead, as a counter, I make a point of staring right at him for the whole lesson. And good lord is he nice to stare at. I mean, I’ve always had a bit of the hots for Professor Truman. Every girl in Winchester does. I mean the man is gorgeous. And tall and built like the football star he was when he was at Winchester. The dirty blond hair, the piercing blue eyes.

Yeah, every girl in this classroom is checking him out same as me. Except, I’ve got one up on the rest of them.

…I know what he feels like inside of me.

I know what his big cock feels like stretching my pussy and filling me up like nothing else. Well, nothing else except Beckett’s, that is.

I blush fiercely, and when I look up, I realize that for the first time all lesson, Porter is looking right at me, those blue eyes burning right into me with this hunger that takes my breath away. And suddenly, I’m blushing even deeper.

Somehow, I get through the rest of class without melting into a puddle or burning up into ash with the heat scorching through me. It helps that Porter doesn’t look at me again like he wants to devour me for the rest of class.

The bell rings, the lesson ends, and the rest of the class gets up, gathering their things before heading for the door. But not me. I linger. Because we need to settle this. I mean, what happened happened, but I’m not going to survive the rest of this year if we go on pretending it didn’t or ignoring it forever.

Porter’s back is turned to me as he starts to clear the white board, and as the last of the other students leaves the room, I finally stand and clear my throat.

“Professor Truman?”

“Office hours are later this afternoon, Kempton,” he growls, his back still turned.

I frown.

“I need to talk to you now.”

He pauses, the eraser still in his hand, his back still turned.

“I don’t think that’s a good idea,” he rumbles out quietly.

“Porter.”

He stiffens, and slowly, he puts the eraser down and turns. He glances at door, and then back to me before he clenches his jaw and strides over to shut it with a heavy “thunk” that sends a shiver down my spine.

“Last night—”

“I don’t even know where to begin with last night,” he growls, leaning back half against the door and half against the wall. “Kempton, I—fuck,” he shakes his head.

“I didn’t know.”

“Obviously.”

That gets a small grin from him as he shakes his head.

“You thought I was Beckett.”

“Yes,” I say quietly.

His jaw tightens as he glances up at me. “Well, I’m glad to hear you rectified things.”

My face goes beet red, my stomach dropping as his eyes burn into me.

“He told you?”

“Of course, he told me, we’re bothers.”

And I slept with both of you last night, I think wickedly to myself, heat pulsing through me.

“Look I just wanted to tell you that I’m not going to say anything.”

Porter nods slowly.

“Thank you.”

“I mean, I know you could get in a ton of trouble for fucking a seventeen-year-old.”

His face goes white, and slowly, I grin.

“I’m kidding, you know.”

Porter’s shoulders sag as he swallows, taking a heavy breath. Hs eyes harden.

“Sorry,” I giggle. “That was mean. I’m eighteen.”

“Do I need to check your ID?”

“Would you like to?” I grin.

Porter pauses before he folds his muscled arms over his chest.

“Yeah, I would.”

My brow shoots up.

“Wait, really?”

“Yes, really”

“You don’t trust me?” I say with a slight husk to my voice.

“I don’t know you, Kempton.”

“Oh, I think you do. Biblically, you might say.”

His jaw tightens as his eyes narrow. “That’s enough, Kempton.”

Okay, this is fun. Flirting with him and making a grown man like him squirm like this… it’s a power trip, and it’s thrilling. And I like it.

“Here.”

I pull my wallet out of my backpack and slide my ID out before I walk over and hand it to him.

“Right there, my birthday.”

Porter’s face is hard as he takes the plastic card from my hands and glances at it.

“See? Eighteen years old,” I purr.

“Uh-huh,” he mutters.

“Only eighteen,” I whisper.

He swallows thickly, his gaze dragging up from the ID to my eyes.

“Yeah, Kempton, I got that,” he growls tightly. “Look, last night…” He sighs. “I didn’t know.”

“I know that. Neither did I.”

“I don’t know what that means, you know,” his brow furrows deeper, his face looking lined. “I mean legally…”

I roll my eyes, a small smile spreading over my lips.

“You’re worried I’m going to say you, like, assaulted me or something?”

“It’s crossed my mind once or twice.”

“Oh, is that all?”

“Or all night, actually.”

I grin, sliding my bottom lip between my teeth.

“Well, you could say the same thing about me.”

Porter snorts. “Yeah, I can see that going well for me. Yes, officer, here’s the barely legal high school senior who took advantage of me.”
