“I’m not playing games—”

“Everything you do defies what you say. That’s a game, Camille.”

I’d lost the battle. I knew it. He knew it.

“If you want me, don’t fuck with me.” He straightened his jacket as he stepped back. If looks could kill, I’d be dead on the floor. He looked angrier than he had at the start of the conversation. He stepped around me to head back to the patio.

My hand instinctively reached for his forearm and latched on.

He steadied but kept his eyes on the outside terrace.

My body moved into his as my hand slid up his cheek. Everything happened in slow motion, but with the speed of a frantic heartbeat. My lips landed on his, and I kissed him for the first time in what felt like an eternity.

His lips failed to reciprocate. He stood there as I kissed him, his even breaths his only reaction. One hand snaked around my waist, and he tugged me into him as he crushed his mouth against mine, giving me a kiss that set me on fire. We were on full display in front of the window, but it felt like we were the only two people in the apartment.

He was the first to pull away.

“I’m still mad at you…”

His eyes held on mine with an iron grip.

“Don’t expect that to change.”

When my dress spilled onto the floor, my strapless bodysuit was underneath. Tight on my curves and pushing my tits toward my chin, it barely gave me room to breathe. But it was all worth it to see the look on his face.

His eyes swept over me with a hungry glint. That volcanic rage he’d worn earlier was long gone, and he looked at me as if it was the first time he got to feast on my flesh. He pushed his own jacket off and let it fall to the floor. The tie was yanked from around his neck. His buttons popped open. The crisp white shirt was discarded, revealing chiseled, tanned skin underneath. In one swift move, he stepped closer to me and tugged down the zipper in the back until the material came free. When my naked body was revealed to him, he dropped his lips to my shoulder for a kiss. My collarbone. My neck. His hands devoured me the way his lips did, squeezing my ass then my tits, backing me into the bed before he scooped my body up into his arms.

We fell onto the bed together, and he kicked his bottoms away.

His powerful arms locked behind my knees as he positioned himself on top of me, having me folded just the way he liked. A stare ensued between us, his hardness rubbing right against my aching clitoris. He ground once then twice, kept going when he heard the quiet moan escape my lips. I lay there covered in diamonds as we breathed together, the foreplay so good it turned into torture instead.

He dipped his head and kissed me, grinding his hips at the same time to overload my senses. Every erogenous zone was on fire because he knew how to bring them all to life. His lips parted mine with masculine execution. His tongue dipped. His breath mixed with mine. He tilted his head the other way and repeated his actions, feeling my lips with such purpose it sent a shiver down my spine.

Then he angled his hips back and pushed inside me.

My body was wet and loose, but it was still a slow descent, his big dick battling my tightness as it worked to be sheathed. The slickness wasn’t enough to overcome the size disparity between our bodies. But he pushed and I breathed until we were united.

I moaned into his mouth, completely breathless at his entrance.

He ended the kiss and rocked into me, grinding me into the bed beneath him. His hips jostled my body as he pushed inside me, as he glided through my tight slickness. His breathing elevated. His stare hardened. With every passing second, he possessed me more, lighting up that old intensity he used to exude whenever he walked into a room.

It was just the two of us now. I forgot the anger. I forgot the woman on his knee. Lost in the moment and the heat, we ground together, writhed together, sweat coating our skin and sticking to the sheets beneath us.

My arms wrapped around his neck, and I held on as I bit into his shoulder, feeling the first of many eruptions between my legs.

He grabbed me by the back of the hair and pulled my head back down. “Eyes.” His hips worked harder to thrust inside me, to bring that fire to our bodies.

There was nowhere to hide. I rode every wave of the high as it took me. My hips bucked on their own. Hot tears blurred my vision before they streaked across my cheeks and soaked the bed. The room spun in the craze of my pleasure, and it didn’t come to a standstill until the last tendril of euphoria left my body.
