My senses were out of control and I felt my eyes close as a sudden lightness assailed me. And then I was moving….hey. Fuck! I fell out the damn tree. “Little bird are you hurt?” She came running over with her naked ass and picked my stunned ass up off the ground.

Chick are you trying to kill me? It was all I could do to stay calm. I wanted to roar but instead chirped sickly since she’d knocked the wind out of me. ‘Please put some clothes on before you get the scare of your life.’

I didn’t say it in a way that she should hear but she actually placed me gently down on the grass and picked up the light as shit gown to pull on over her wet skin. Yeah, that’ll work. I did my best to roll my little bird eyes.

Once she was through making shit worse by putting on the gown that now clung to her wet skin and played peekaboo with her succulent flesh beneath she picked me up again. I gave her some serious side eye because I was half convinced she was fucking with me. That she felt me here or some shit.

Then again her nymph doesn’t seem to give a fuck one way or another who’s around, she’s just who she is. A fucking modern day nymph. She probably picked up some shit from the human females around here and after my many years of living I can tell you, nymphs have nothing on some of the nasty shit a human female in heat can get up to.

This one ran her fingers over my head, checking to see where I was hurt. My eyes closed in absolute pleasure when she ran the back of her finger down my chest and I warned myself not to change in her hand but this shit felt so good. My woman’s hands on me, loving, caring, without fear…

“Let me take you home with me and see what you’ve done to yourself.” What the hell? She floated through the woods towards the house and took me inside. I was still trying to figure out how the hell to get myself out of this mess when she headed for the wooden table I’d seen her sitting at the night before, where she proceeded to check me over… thoroughly.

I endured the torture of having her hands running all over my body, barely. She was meticulous in her search for my perceived injuries and I felt every touch. As my bird form stood there and let her torment him, I watched her through my vampyre eyes. She was saying something but I couldn’t tell you what it was because I’d become fixated on her cherry red lips.

She reminded me of another princess from centuries ago, the one the humans now call Snow White. What was her name again? Oh yes, Margaretha. But unlike that doomed beauty this one didn’t have an evil ass stepmother and a sod for a dad. She looked well loved and cared for as far as I could tell.

“I think I should keep you here for a few days at least until I’m sure you’re okay. That was a pretty hard fall.” Yeah, because I was watching your naked ass climb out of the water and got distracted.

She headed towards the other side of the house where I figured her room was located chattering away all the while. Her bedroom was just as I expected, girly. All pinks and blues and yellows, enough to make my eyes strain.

The damn bird Patrick took one look at me in her hand and went ape shit. She’d left him out of his cage and he flew up to the rafters screeching some shit about demon spawns. ‘I’ll stew you and make a coat from your feathers. One more word…”

His screeches became warbles and she looked at him with a clueless stare. “Whatever is the matter with you? Come down here, we have a new friend.” She placed me on the little side table next to her bed and I had to give him a death glare to get him to move. He still wasn’t getting anywhere near me though no matter what she said. Smart! He might be a bird but he’s still male, and my woman seemed to have way too much fondness for his ass.

He snickered under his breath and I waited until she wasn’t looking and pecked him. He opened his beak to complain or more likely to tattle. “Shut it stew meat.” He closed his damn mouth and stayed out of my way. Who’s snickering now?

Lucien

I have no idea what she was planning to do with me. After she put me in her room she disappeared again leaving me with this clown. He did everything to gain my attention once she left but I ignored him. The last time he flew too close to me and I didn’t blink he got the picture and calmed the hell down. As if I’d be outsmarted by a damn parrot!
